For those of you who are contemplating a Next-Gen player, your decision may have just become much easier.NEC has begun shipping a Hybrid Chip that would allow for both Formats to be played on a single player. Now, if they could only find a way to combine beta and VHS, we could travel back to the 80's and be in movie bliss.
